Rt Rev. Bishop Paulos Phembukuthula Buthelezi
The Rev. Paulos Phembukuthula Buthelezi has been elected bishop of the South Eastern Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in South Africa (ELCSA). His consecration took place on February 8, 2009 at the ICC in Durban, South Africa.
Before his election to serve the diocese, he served a number of Parishes as a Parish Pastor and he served in Empangeni Circuit as a Dean for many years.
